All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped, and may vary from the estimated amount.
Subject to credit check and approval. Down payment may be required. For purchases under $100, limited payment options are available. Affirm loans are made by Cross River Bank, a New Jersey State Chartered Commercial Bank, Member FDIC.

We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
Shipping and Delivery
Due to COVID-19 our shipping carriers may experience delivery delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all products are shipped via UPS Express Saver. We are therefore unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, AFB or any other addresses not covered by UPS Express delivery. To further safeguard your purchase, an adult over the age of 21 must sign for the shipment package at time of delivery.
For shipping within the United States, the following charges apply:

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
Every Ebel watch we sell comes backed by a two-year limited warranty which covers the movement of your watch if it proves to be defective in either material or workmanship under normal use. Complete warranty information, along with an abbreviated list of authorized service centers, is provided in the operating instructions, warranty & service guide booklet that will be shipped with your watch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling Customer Service at 1-800-810-2311.
Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. A Return Authorization Number (RAN), which may be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1 800-810-2311, is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Refunds will not be issued for watches received as gifts. Credits cannot be issued until merchandise being returned is received.
Upon receipt of your Return Authorization Number, simply use the free shipping return label enclosed in the original packaging and send to our Customer Service Center at:

Transfer of Ownership and Indemnity
Title to products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to those products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
