EBEL recommends having your timepiece serviced at one of our authorized after-sales service centers.  We are pleased to offer the following options for your convenience: 

1. MGI ONLINE:   

Please visit our after sales service website www.mgiservice.com/ebel.  Upon creation of an account with a user ID and password, you may initiate the repair of your EBEL.

2. MGI MAIL ONLY –  No walk-in service at this address:
